When it is on, you can choose to have it pinned or auto-hidden. At this point I'm on shaky ground understanding how UNRAID VM's work, that I don't want to do anything reckless. When a server is displayed in full-screen mode, the remote desktop activeX control provides a UI connection bar at the top of the window. I am considering removing the VM completely but I need to know that nothing will happen to the Windows installation. So now the drive is not viewable anywhere. Once I removed it, I expected to have it return to Unassigned Devices but it did not, even after I shutdown windows and returned to UNRAID. I guess the first question I have, is when passing through an NTFS drive and binding it to a VM - what is UNRAIDs proper behavior to that drive? I ask because at first that drive was shown under Unassigned Devices - and then it moved to Historical Devices. So perhaps something was not right in the VM but, it did start - so who knows? and obviously RDP works fine and the IP address is as I thought: 192.168.1.6. I RDP's into it and it's exactly in the same state as it was before. I shutdown the system and pulled the USB flash drive to make sure that Windows 10 still boots bare-metal - that the install still works. Now it does not show in the main UNRAID window. RoyalTS is a connection manager that supports a variety of connection types such as RDP, VNC, SSH, S/FTP and web based interfaces. Damware is supported on multiple platforms and allows remote control of Windows, Linux, and Mac computers. After dinner, I went back to look and now the NTFS drive with the Windows 10 installation moved to "Historical Devices". That’s why RDP managers are best for servers.
